Responsibility is the backbone of a winning project. With responsibility comes accountability — I instil this in every team member of every project I am involved with. I am responsible for what they and I do, and they are responsible for what they do.
Do not follow what you have no sure knowledge of. Indeed, all will be called to account for their hearing, sight, and intellect.

Without great teams, I would never have experienced such a colourful life and the adventure of a lifetime. My journey has been about building long-term relationships and fostering motivation — small but efficient teams across architecture and landscaping, financial investment, R&D, online retail, trustworthy donation projects, a startup community cooperative and, most recently, university partnership programmes.
My first entrepreneurial adventure — Business Development Manager (and business manager to this day) with Polis Group Ltd of Christchurch, New Zealand. Highlights include the landscaping of Al Bayt Stadium for the Qatar FIFA World Cup 2022.

Building university partnerships to grow blockchain talent in Malaysia, anchored by the first ICP Blockchain Lab in Malaysia at UKM Bangi and the Blockchain Interest Group (BIG) with IVI-UKM.
The ICP Lab at UKM →As a blockchain researcher with UKM, I have taken what I learned from the lab into the real world by founding three blockchain startups. The best known is InfaqGPS.
A world-class, secure donation-tracking system. Malaysia is generous but fraught with scammers — billions meant for the poor never arrive. InfaqGPS uses blockchain transparency so every donor can be confident their infaq reaches the intended recipient, and no one else.
Two further blockchain startups are in active development — built on the same principles of transparency, Shariah alignment and protection of ordinary people. Details will be shared here when they are ready to meet the world, insha Allah.
The engine room that feeds all of it — training the blockchain community and the public at large, from free introductory seminars to hands-on developer courses.
blockchainacademy.com.my →I take it as my duty to contribute to the benefit of
the society I belong to — physical, distant or online. Turning hard work, difficulties and
failures feedback into solutions that reduce people's problems is a journey
that never ends. I can't do it alone — success does not have to be a lonely journey. Build and
motivate the community, and achieve the shared vision together.
