In 2005, I was teaching as a lecturer at CPIT (Ara Institute of Canterbury). I have been there since late 2002.I taught Mechanical Engineering subjects including CAD (AutoCad, Inventor) to a Grad Diploma & Diploma classes. I had an opportunity to know this student called Malcolm. His design work was really impeccable. Jokingly towards the end of the semester (this was in 2004, if I remember it correctly), I said to him " Hey Malcolm, let's team up doing business together. You do the design and I do the marketing". 

The rest is history as they said. Malcolm introduced me to his boss (Chris) who later on became good friend. We started our venture after I quit CPIT in Nov 2005. We went to Dubai (UAE) and later I was based in Doha (Qatar) for two to three months from 2009, 2010 and 2011. We managed to work with a local design consultant and we got several projects in Qatar.
