Managing Project is a priceless Responsibility
Do not follow what you have no ˹sure˺ knowledge of. Indeed, all will be called to account for ˹their˺ hearing, sight, and intellect. - Al Isra' 36
Responsibility is the backbone of a winning project. With responsibility comes accountability. I instill this in all my team members of each project that I am involved with. I am responsible for what they and I do. And they are responsible for what they do.
Without great teams, I would never have experienced a colorful life and the adventure of a lifetime. My journey with my teams has been about building long-term relationships and fostering motivation. Throughout my lifelong adventure, I have established several small but efficient teams and partnerships to manage various endeavors, including architecture and landscaping, financial investments, R&D efforts, online shops, trustworthy donation projects, startup community cooperative initiatives, and, most recently, university partnership programs.

These are my little projects with earliest venture at the top:
(2005 - present) - My first Entrepreneurial adventure in Architecture and Landscape
(2006 - present) - Helping Others Achieve Financial Freedom without becoming a Millionaire !!!
(2008 - present) - Creating Research Team with Al Falah Wealth Research and Consultancy
(2014 - present) - Community Building, Meetups & Events with DLM (Dhuryyah Al Laily Marketing)
(2022 - present) - Helping Startups Community with Koperasi Al Falah Wealth Berhad
(2024 - present) - Building University Partnerships with DLM ICP Campus Network
I take it as my duty to contribute for the benefits of the society that I belong - be it physical society, distance society or an online community. It is such a big responsibility to ensure the success of each project. Turning hard work, difficulties (and failures feedbacks) into solutions that solves/reduces the people's problem (or enhancing people's life) is a journey that never ends. I can't do it alone!
Most of my small entrepreneurial projects involved some kind of team building as well as community building. I have always emphasised that success does not have to be a lonely journey. It is important to build and motivate the communities to achieve a shared vision and mission.
